Refund Policy
Refunds for Damaged Items
We only accept refunds in the case that your product arrives damaged. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the refund process, we’ll need clear pictures or videos that show the damage or defect on the product.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is not damaged or defective, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund.
How to Start a Refund Request
To request a refund, please reach out to us at info@officialvelare.com with the following:
- Pictures or videos showing the damage or defect.
- Your order details (order number, name, and email).
Once we review your request and confirm the damage, we will approve the refund and send you a replacement product at no additional cost. The replacement product will be shipped to the same address as your original order.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about specific items, please get in touch with us.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
